Welcome to the Thunder Bay Malayalee Association (TBMA) Onam Celebration 2026.
We are delighted to have you join us for this special occasion. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly event for everyone,
please read and comply with the following rules and policies.
By entering or participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Event Rules & Policies
1. No Smoking or Vaping
* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue and within any designated non-smoking areas.
* Guests are expected to comply with all applicable venue regulations.
2. Alcohol Policy
* Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside and around the event premises.
* The possession, consumption, sale, or distribution of alcoholic beverages is not permitted.
3. Drug & Controlled Substance Policy
* The possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or intoxicants is strictly prohibited.
* This includes, but is not limited to, illegal drugs, recreational drugs, improperly used prescription medications, cannabis/marijuana (regardless of its legal status), and any substance intended to impair judgment or behavior.
4. Respectful Conduct
* All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and help maintain a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
* Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, verbal abuse, violence, disorderly conduct, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
* TBMA reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund or prior notice for violating these rules.
5. Cleanliness
* Please help keep the venue clean by disposing of waste in the designated bins.
* Report any spills, hazards, or safety concerns to an organizer or volunteer immediately.
6. Compliance with Venue Rules
* All attendees must comply with any additional policies, safety procedures, or instructions issued by the venue management, event organizers, volunteers, security personnel, or emergency responders.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in this event is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Thunder Bay Malayalee Association (TBMA),
its executive committee, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners,
and the venue owners or staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness,
accident, death, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or any other claim arising from attendance or participation in the event.
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times.
Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety,
and conduct of their children throughout the event.
TBMA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates
these policies or whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Acknowledgment
By entering or participating in this event, you confirm that you have:
* Read and understood these Rules, Policies, and Liability Disclaimer.
* Agreed to comply with all event and venue regulations.
* Accepted full responsibility for your own actions and those of any minors under your care.
* Released TBMA and its organizers from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
